I really liked staying here, the staff were all super helpful, especially Peter, the manager. 🌟 Everyone was quick to assist and made my stay very comfortable.

Comfortable new room that looked better in person than in the photos, with a sleep sofa that worked out great for our family of four. The location was spot on, close to everything we needed. 🌟

The hotel staff was friendly, and the location was great with nearby stores and restaurants. The hotel was always clean and had fresh coffee available. They even switched our room without any hassle when there was a mix-up with the bed type. a great experience.

When I got to my room there was one bed and a pull-out bed. I had booked a 2 bed room. They swapped rooms for my family and I with no questions asked. All of the staff was very friendly. I didn't give a excited smiley face for the comfort cuz the bed was not that comfortable. Then again I'm a bit spoiled with the bed I sleep on at home. Not to say they were like sleeping on the floor....just not what I'm used to so we woke up with back pain..can't please everyone. Great hotel though. Would stay there again

The location here was awesome and super convenient - just a short walk away from all the spots we wanted to visit. This hotel is only 0.5 miles from the airport! 🌟

The front desk staff at Hampton Inn went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We booked a room with two beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with only one bed and a pull-out. However, without any hesitation, they immediately swapped our room for a two-bed room. The staff was incredibly friendly throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and valued as guests. Despite the bed not being as comfortable as we were used to, the overall hotel experience was great and we would definitely consider staying at Hampton Inn again.

The hotel is nice with courteous personnel from Peter the manager on down. This property offers great breakfasts with whole apples and oranges. The room is reasonably priced. The location is marvellous, on top of a hill so view of surrounding area.

The hotel is located in a great location, close to off-site events like the New Bedford Whaling Museum, Bethel, and the National Park Service Visitor Center. It offers easy access to everything including highways. The rooms are spacious and inviting, with a microwave and refrigerator. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, ensuring a great overall experience for guests. The breakfast options are varied and delicious.

The elevator broke during my stay, which required the use of stairs to the floor I was staying on.

Elevator was a little shaky/scary? requested 1st floor but they gave me the third floor

Got hot breakfasts with oranges and whole apples. We stayed here before, always good sized rooms with a king size bed.

Convenient location near attractions and highway. Responsive and helpful staff, especially the manager Melvin. Accommodating with room changes and resolving issues. Good value for the price. Prompt check-out service.

The property is fairly clean with professional staff, from Peter the manager on down. The room was a nice size and tastefully decorated. The location is not far from Brahmin Distribution center and the New Bedford Whaling Museum.
